At CEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CEN account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship with Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
